Yes, the same entrepreneur may take out a further loan once she/he has paid back their first loan. Prior to September 2018 our system created a new entrepreneur profile for each loan and there was no way to link multiple loans for the same entrepreneur. Following this date, all loans an entrepreneur has previously requested will be displayed.
Entrepreneurs cannot have more than one active loan at a time. Subsequent loans are only given once a loan has been fully repaid. Most entrepreneurs need more than one loan to see significant progress in their business activities in the long term, much like any other business.
