The lending teams page shows whether your team is public or private. If your team is public, anybody visiting the Lendwithcare website will be able to view your team, join and start lending immediately. If your team is private, you will be able to manage who joins your team but lenders will have to wait for your approval as the administrator before they can start lending as part of the team.
