The FairClimateFund are a non-profit social enterprise founded in 2009 by the ICCO Foundation, an international development organisation similar to CARE International UK. The FairClimateFund aim for a world in which those who contribute to climate change invest in CO₂ reduction projects. Their carbon reduction projects are designed to have a high social impact and meet not only the Gold Standard but also the FairTrade Climate Standard to benefit people who are most vulnerable to the effects of climate change.
