This capital injection has catalyzed a profound transformation in her family’s socioeconomic status. Previously reliant on volatile seasonal labour, Tuyen has transitioned into a proactive forest manager, adopting sustainable silviculture practices to expand her plantation.
As the forest matured under her diligent care, it began to yield a consistent monthly revenue of approximately 6,000,000 VND (£170). This sustainable income stream has empowered the family to renovate their residence, ensure comprehensive education for their children, and decisively break the cycle of poverty. Beyond her domestic achievements, Tuyen has emerged as a community benchmark for entrepreneurial resilience and efficient capital management. With an impeccable repayment history, she now aspires to access a larger loan in the subsequent cycle to further increase her forestation initiatives.
