Akossiwa, a wife and mother of three and a dedicated member of CAF BENITA, continues to make good progress with her small business selling a wide range of general food products from the front of her home. She is pleased to share that the support she received through her previous Lendwithcare‑financed loan has made a significant difference to her work.
Before receiving the loan, Akossiwa was only able to sell small quantities of goods, even though customer demand in her community was high. Limited stock meant she often ran out of items quickly and could not fully meet the needs of her regular buyers.
Thanks to the loan, she was able to purchase a larger and more diverse range of food products that are in high demand. This has allowed her not only to satisfy her customers more consistently but also to increase her daily income. Having a better‑stocked stall has strengthened her business reputation and helped her serve more households in her neighbourhood.
