Dede benefited from a loan worth 400 000 FCFA in 2011 through Lendwithcare. She fully repaid it and took a second loan in January 2013. We visited in August 2013 and she told us that her business has improved and that last year she made a profit of of 200,000 FCFA (about £200). She was very pleased because this allowed her to increase her capital and to buy more stock and articles for her business. Dede bought new models to display underware and attract more customers. Her business has reached a steady growth and this has had a positive impact in her life. Dede says she is now able to cover her health needs and to help her nephew with this school expenses .
