I was amazed by how Ms Eva and her three children are working together to run their restaurant business. Eva is a strong example of running a family family business and giving her children the area of their responsibilities. Her daughter attends the customers, her two sons are in charge of grilling the pork and cleaning the dining area. Her children are taking online and module classes so they can still take turn in helping their mother in the cafe. Eva has received the loan last November and used the loan to pay the tuition of her two children and the remaining proceeds was used to finance her restaurant business. She is repaying her loan monthly without difficulty. Thanks to the loan, Eva can buy her daily ingredients needed to cook various dishes everyday. Eva is happy that her children are helping her in running the cafe and at their age they have experience how to run and mange a business.
