Teng applied for a loan through lendwithcare in order to cover her farming costs and to buy piglets to raise. She is now able to manage her pig raising business well and her pigs are ready to be sold after about four months. In one full year she she can sell her pigs up to three times. Once her pigs are fat enough a buyer comes to see her animals to negotiate a price. The first and the second times of raising the pigs, she can make a profit of around $250. She then uses this profit to cover the costs of raising her next lot of piglets. Her rice crops are also very healthy and she will harvest her rice in January. When she has free time, she also travels from place to place buying and selling maize or green beans which enables her to increase her income.
