Uzma Shahzadi is a seamstress. She mostly stitches bed sheets and covers to sell to various retailers. Since she is divorced, she has to provide for her children up-keeping by herself. She needed a loan to raise her income and provide them with a suitable living standard. After receiving the loan, she managed to purchase more fabric and stitching supplies. She has increased her output to a great extent and has increased her earnings by at least 4,000 rupees (almost $48) per month. Her loan installments have been regular so far.
