Hong

Hong is a 40-year-old beef trader from Huu Nhan Hamlet in Mai Lam Ward, Nghi Son Town, Thanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. She is married and has two school-age children, currently in Grades 11 and 7. For the past 10 years, Hong has earned a living through her beef business, helping to support her family's needs and her children's education.

She operates a retail stall at a local market near her home and also supplies beef to nearby restaurants. By consistently providing fresh, high-quality products with clear origins, Hong has built strong relationships with customers and earned their trust over many years of trading.

As demand for beef continues to grow, Hong would like to expand her business and increase the volume of products she supplies. However, limited working capital has made it difficult for her to purchase larger quantities of stock and take advantage of these opportunities.

To address this challenge, Hong applied for a loan from Thanh Hoa MFI, Lendwithcare's local development partner in Vietnam. She plans to use the funding to purchase 500 kilograms of beef for resale, enabling her to maintain adequate stock levels and better meet customer demand.

By investing in additional inventory, Hong hopes to increase sales, improve her income and continue growing her business. She believes that access to working capital will help strengthen her enterprise and contribute to her family's long-term financial stability.
