Mrs. Hiep is a 42-year-old married mother of three. One of her children is grown and married, while the others are in grades 10 and 4. They live in the Hai Nhan commune, a poor area in Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province.
Her husband is a builder earning around $255 per month, and Mrs. Hiep works at a local shoe company to earn a living. Sometimes her husband works as a manual labourer to make extra money in the village. Despite their efforts, their income is precarious and barely covers their living expenses and their children's education.
For the new school year, Mrs. Hiep wanted to buy an electric bike to transport her children to a school that is far away, but she does not have enough savings to fund this purchase. She has therefore requested a loan to buy an electric bike and books for her children's education. She intends to repay the loan in installments, and she is grateful to all the lenders who have helped her.
In the future, Mrs. Hiep hopes that her family will remain healthy and happy while earning enough money to support their children.
