Mrs. Dinh is 50 years old and married. She has three children and they are all independent. Her family lives in Hoang Hoa district, a coastal region of Thanh Hoa province.
Mrs. Dinh’s husband is a manual labour. She owns and runs a small grocery store with more than 20 years of experiences. At the beginning, her grocery store was small and she has gradually expanded it and it became one the biggest grocery store in the village.
Due to lack of capital Mrs. Dinh is unable to buy more items such as milk, beverages, cakes for her grocery store. She visited our local partner Thanh Hoa MFI and requested for a loan to invest in her grocery store. She has been a member of Thanh Hoa MFI since 2010. She hopes for her business to do well so that she can build a new house for her family. She will repay the loan in 20 months.
