Ana Francisca Aguirre Pinta received a loan at the end of 2012 which she has finished repaying in full without difficulties. She is a butcher from the town of Catamayo and continues to operate her business. Although she used part of the loan to buy more meat and use as working capital for her business, she ended up also using a greater part of the loan to buy building materials such as cement and piping to make improvements to her home. Her market stall is continuing to perform steadily and on average she sells between 150-200 pounds of chicken per day. She is currently working from temporary premises until such time as the municipality finishes repairs to the market. Update submitted by Fernando Rodriguez.
