Asmat Sarfraz’s entrepreneurial journey began after a period of financial hardship. Her husband's low income was insufficient to cover household necessities. During that time, she heard about Lendwithcare's local partner, Akhuwat, and decided to apply for a loan. With the loan, Asmat purchased snacks and grocery items and began selling them from her home-based store. Over time, her enterprise flourished. Today, Asmat enjoys an improved quality of life, able to afford proper medical treatment for her parents-in-law, and is continuing to grow her grocery business.
