Marissa is repaying her loan regularly. Her general store business is progressing very well.

On March 2019 Marissa Lumontad applied for a large loan to build a second floor for rental purpose to teachers or students because they are often looking for room rents. After she received the loan and according to her plan she was able to complete building the second floor. Instead of renting out the second floor she has been living there temporarily.

She said, she plans to renovate the roof of their house and decided that their house will be rented instead of the second floor. The reason for her mind change is, she can distance herself from the store and strictly maintain the opening and closing hours when she moved up. Her store is built on the same level as her house and she was tempted to serve her customers during odd hours. Moving up to the second level helps her to rest quickly after she closes her store. Marissa is repaying her loan regularly and her general store business is progressing very well.
