Consolacion Taboada was cleaning her pigpen when I arrived at her house. Her two workers was also working in putting the cow manure inside an empty rice sack. Consolacion has been raising pigs and cows ever since. She loves doing it and earn from her hard work. The income she earns from selling pigs and cows helped lot in sending her six children for highest education. Some of her cows are raised by her neighbors and propagate them. In this way, these families involved can also
earn from it. Out of her six children, one of them followed Consolacion's footsteps in raising pigs and cows. Her son has
four kids and been living with Consolacion for a few years now. They helped each other in managing their business and bought a new bongo truck to use in buying and selling of pigs and cows. Consolacion told me, she'd rather continue her business for she think she will get sick if she stop doing so.
