Grace

Grace (38) is a mother of four children. Two of her children are currently in high school, one is in elementary school, and the youngest has not yet started school. She and her husband live in the province of Cebu, where they operate an egg buy-and-sell business to support their family's daily expenses.

Since 2018, Grace and her husband have been working together in their egg buy-and-sell business. They purchase eggs directly from farms and supply them to their loyal customers on a wholesale basis. Her husband personally handles the deliveries using their own multicab.

They sell up to 250 trays of eggs per week through both delivery and customer pick-up, depending on demand. According to Grace, the income from their business greatly helps support their family's daily living expenses, especially the educational needs of their children.

To further expand their business, Grace has applied for another loan from Lendwithcare's local partner, LAMAC, repayable in 12 monthly instalments. The loan will be used as additional working capital to purchase more trays of eggs, enabling them to serve more customers, increase sales, and improve their profits in the future.
