Jumar

Jumar is a father of four children, two of whom already have their own businesses, while the other two are still in college and elementary school. His wife, Daisy, manages their grocery store while he operates a passenger tricycle on a daily basis. They live in the province of Cebu.

His wife provides good customer service to maintain customer loyalty, and their store is strategically located along the highway. They purchase stocks twice a week from malls and wholesale stores, depending on the availability of the products they need.

According to him, last month they needed additional working capital to purchase fast-selling items such as rice, canned goods, frozen products, soft drinks, and others. With this, he has applied for another loan from Lendwithcare's partner LAMAC to purchase the grocery stocks mentioned. The loan is repayable in 12 monthly instalments, with hopes of increasing profits and further growing the business.
