Gregan

Gregan has three children who all attend college, high school, and elementary school. He and his wife, Maria, work together to run their eatery business in the province of Cebu, where they live.

To support their family’s daily living expenses, Gregan and his wife work together in running their eatery business by preparing up to 26 dishes a day and operating from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. Their business is strategically located along the roadside, where most of their customers are drivers, passersby, and employees. They make sure to pay their monthly rental dues on time to keep the business continuously operating.

Every early morning, they purchase fresh cooking ingredients from the market to ensure that all their dishes are of good quality and taste because of the freshness of the ingredients they use. According to Gregan, their sales can reach up to £165 daily. He also shared that their business continues to grow with the help of their hardworking employee.

Gregan applied for another loan from our partner, LAMAC, to serve as additional working capital for purchasing more stocks of ingredients needed for their daily operations, particularly meat, fish, vegetables, seasonings, spices, and other necessary supplies that help make their customers more comfortable while dining. The loan will be repayable within 12 months, with the hope of achieving better profits in the future.
