With over a decade of experience, Samuel primarily grows onions and garlic, alongside potatoes and maize, choosing these crops due to the fertile soil and potential income.
He has applied for a loan to purchase seeds for onions and garlic, fertilisers, compost and plant vitamins. Currently employing five seasonal workers, this loan will allow him to create an additional five jobs for people in his community.
In the future, he plans to focus exclusively on vegetable farming and increase his harvests. He expects that this investment will generate a good income and enable him to acquire additional farmland to expand his business.
