Buenaville and Riche are both entrepreneurs. They have six children who are all attending school: two in college, one in high school, and two in elementary school. They live in the province of Cebu, where they manage their grocery store as wholesalers.
With the help of their two employees, Buenaville and Riche’s wholesale store is running very well. They have been serving customers daily for the past two years. Their store is located near the town’s market and is open from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
They purchase most of their stocks from delivery agents who visit their store daily, while other items that are not available are purchased from wholesale markets in Cebu every other day. Their minimum daily sales reach around £630. They offer low prices to store owners to keep them loyal, and this strategy helps a lot in maintaining customer loyalty.
According to Buenaville, it is better to sell at lower prices to keep their sales moving rather than set higher prices that might cause customers to look for other stores. Recently, Buenaville and her husband needed additional capital to purchase more stocks to offer their customers. For this reason, she applied for another loan from Lendwithcare's local partner, LAMAC-MPC, to support their restocking needs. They plan to stock more items since they now have many loyal customers to serve. The loan will be repayable in eight monthly installments.
