Thongla established her mobile food stall in 1995, selling Northeastern Thai sausages (Isaan sausages) from a motorcycle sidecar. Her customers are primarily local residents, and over time, her stall has become increasingly popular. Many regular customers have requested a permanent location for easier access to her food.
To meet this demand and expand her business, Thongla plans to set up a permanent stall in front of a local school, offering her signature sausages alongside snacks and beverages. She applied for a loan to purchase cooking ingredients, vegetables, snacks, beverages, food packaging, tables, shelves, and other necessary supplies. This investment will enable her to grow her business, increase income, and better serve her customers.
