Flordelis

Flordelis, 43, is married to Teodoro, and they have two daughters who are currently in primary school. Their family resides in the province of Cebu. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Flordelis worked as an estate agent. Wanting to create a more stable source of income for her family, she decided to venture into business with a sari-sari store. After purchasing and building a new house, she transferred her business to a new location, where she continues to manage it with dedication and determination.

Flordelis started her business in 2020 and, with only a small amount of capital, has continued to grow it over the years. Last year, she transferred her store to a new location, where she now earns daily sales ranging from £25 to £40. Her shop operates from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m., and she also supplies goods on sale or return to her neighbours during fiestas. Aside from being an entrepreneur, Flordelis is grateful that managing her business from home also allows her to take good care of her daughters.

Flordelis is now applying for a loan from Lendwithcare to add capital to her sari-sari store business. The funds will enable her to purchase more stock, allowing her to offer a wider range of products and meet the growing needs of her customers. With this support, she hopes to strengthen her livelihood, increase her income, and provide a more secure future for her family while ensuring her business continues to grow.
