Wilson offers fresh, high-quality products and the microenterprise currently generates monthly sales of £1,500, of which £1,000 are allocated to operating expenses, such as purchasing seafood, transport, and refrigeration. This leaves him with a net monthly profit of £500, which represents a healthy margin for this type of business.
Wilson uses a freezer to keep his products in optimal condition and thereby ensure business continuity. He has applied for this 18 month loan to purchase a new freezer which will be essential for expanding his sales.
