Benjamin and Carmela go to the main Carbon Market to purchase cooking ingredients and seasonings weekly along with their supplies of beef. Other products like pork and vegetables are purchased on a daily basis from the nearest market. Benjamin requested this loan to purchase more kitchen utensils along with an additional burner stove to make their cooking more efficient and give them extra capacity.
