He is responsible for building houses from scratch. He has built up a good reputation and gains work through word of mouth. He always takes on labourers to help him to complete jobs. Don Alberto requested a loan to buy a new wheelbarrow, shovels, and other tools and equipment. Part of the loan will be used to repay another loan he took out as an emergency. He expects to repay the loan over 20 monthly installments.
