Mercy Bokosha is a 51 year old, she stay with her family in the rural area of Damvuri in Chegutu. She is married and her husband has retired. They have 6 adult children. After the retirement of her husband, her grocery shop became their main source of income. Her business is located at their shopping center. She restocks her products from wholesalers in Kadoma. She has been doing this business for 5 years. To help her business to continue to grow, she applied for a loan from Thrive with her friends. As a group they want a total loan of $1300. Mercy will use her share of $400 to restock more groceries and increase the variety of her products.
