Mr. Nho Chan is 59 years old, he has been a farmer for 30 years. His challenges for his farming are that his rice farming land is far away from the irrigation system. So his farming totally depends on the rain which means he can only grow his rice during the rainy season that is once a year. His has seven hectares of farm land and he gets three tons of rice crops per hectare. He is short of working capital so he requested a loan to buy farming products, diesel for tractor to plough the land and cover on harvesting costs.
