Loan description:
Khloeurb is 51 years and has two children aged 21 and 24 years old. The youngest is a student. The family lives in Battambang Province. He has been as a farmer for over 20 years and at present he farms long term rice in five hectares. He generally harvests 3 tons per hectare. He also rents another plot of land, two more hectares to grow wet season rice. The renting cost is $150 per hectare a year. He hires around four villagers to assist him and pays them $6 a day. He has taken a loan to purchase fertilizer, insecticide, weed killer, diesel for tractor pump and cover renting costs and labouring costs. He plans to pay loan back during 12 months.
