Loan description:
Mrs. Kry is currently 57 years old. She farms cassava on five hectares. The cassava yield is around 30 tons per hectare and the farming cycle is 10 months. She hires around 25 villagers to help with the planting and chopping of the cassava root. Each of them earns around $5 a day. In order to cover her annual farming costs she has taken a loan which she will repay in 12 months. She will use the money to pay for labouring costs and also ploughing costs, (one hectare $50). She has four kids, aged between 16 and 28 years.
