Aged 70, Dofinin is married and has four children to look after – they are all at school. For more than 40 years, she has worked as a manufacturer of red oil, which she makes from palm nuts in a production unit in her house. The majority of the oil she produces is stocked and delivered to wholesalers and retailers at the market in Ikpinlè.. Dofinin sources her stocks of palm nuts from the fields of Adja-Ouèrè. Besides producing red oil, Dofinin also produces gari, a common carbohydrate staple in West Africa. Having been a beneficiary of the products of the microfinance organisation ACFB for several years, she is currently seeking a loan for 500,000 West African francs to expand her stock of palm nuts. The ensuing profit from this trade will help Dofinin to increase her capital, contribute towards household costs and save for the purchase of her own plot of land.

Agée de 70 ans, Dofinin est mariée et détient à sa charge 04 enfants tous des élèves. Depuis près d’une quarantaine d’années, elle est fabricante de l’huile rouge fait à base des noix de palme dans sa petite unité de production à la maison. La plus grande partie de sa production d’huile de palme est stocké et livrée en priorité aux grossistes et au détaillant du marché d’Ikpinlè. Dofinin s’approvisionne en noix de palme à dans les champs d’Adja-Ouèrè. A cette activité, dame HOUNWANOU ajoute la fabrication du gari. Bénéficiaire des produits de l’ACFB depuis plusieurs années, le présent prêt d’un montant de 500.000 FCFA l’aiderait pour l’approvisionnement des noix de palme. Le profit tiré de ce commerce m’aidera à augmenter mon capital, à aider mon mari dans les charges du ménage mais aussi à économiser pour l’achat de sa parcelle nous a-t-elle confié.
