Her husband is an electricity management worker, and he often goes to far away sites to work there. With the help of her two daughters, Mrs. Hang runs a food store in her neighborhood. She rents the store and buys ingredients from a wholesale market, then makes cooked rice and noodles, two of the most popular dishes in Vietnamese cuisine. With a loan Mrs. Hang hopes to buy 5 new sets of tables, 100 big bowls and 50 small bowls. She will spend the rest of the loan on ingredients for her dishes. Mrs. Hang will fully repay the loan over 24 months.
