Loan description:
Besima Telalovic is 45 years old and married. She lives with her husband and daughter in a place called Koprivna near to the city of Zenica. Her husband Rusmir works, mostly part-time, as a woodsman. Their daughter is 17 years old and goes to secondary school. Besima started a business raising livestock several years ago because she wanted to improve her family's income. Her husband's income was not enough to meet their living and household expenses. She bought a cow and gradually expanded her business. She produces milk, homemade cheese and cream, which she sells to local people. She also raises laying hens and produces eggs. She is a very modest, honest and hardworking person. She has been an excellent client of the microcredit foundation Women for Women International for the past five years. She has applied again for a new loan because she wants to buy another cow and further expand her business.
