Najma Bibi 38 and lives in the locality of Kasur She and her husband are supporting their family. They live in a rented house and pay 2,000 rupees as house rent. Her husband earns 9,000 rupees in a month. Najma is mother of two, children. One is old enough and getting education. Najma started this work about four years ago, before that she worked as maid. She un-stitches sweaters and makes yarn which she then sells to power looms. Najma earns about 3,000 rupees per month. She buys damaged sweaters from producers and sometimes buys used sweaters from local market in Landa Bazar. With current income it is very hard for Najma to manage all household expenses. She requested a loan to use it as a working capital. She would like to buy more sweaters to un-stitch. She promised to pay back the loan in 14 installments.
