Mai

Mrs. Mai is 43 years old this year and married. She has two children, one is independent and her second one is still going to school. She lives with her family in Hai Nhan commune, a poor commune of Nghi Son town. The main jobs for the people in this commune are workers and farmers.

Mrs. Mai husband works at a pig abattoir (slaughterhouse). She works as a worker at a local shoe factory. The source of income from the factory is low and unreliable, so she raises some chicken and cattle at home to earn more income to cover the family's living cost.

Mrs. Mai applied for her second loan from Thanh Hoa MFI to expand her family's farm by buying 300 chicks and balanced growing feeds for the chickens. She will raise the chickens for five months and then sell them to traders for profits. She hopes her work to be stable, her family to stay healthy, and for her chickens to be sold at a high price. She sends thanks to all the lenders for their support.
