Dahouede continues working in his shop where he sells packaged food. So far he has benefited of two loans refinanced by lendwithcare. The first one was paid fully and timely last year (2012) and the new one was only funded in May 2013. In both cases the loans helped him to boost his business by buying new stock at better bulk prices. He is very happy because his business is growing steadily. At present, he is making a profit of 240 000 FCFA per year (about £308). He told us that he last year was able to pay the dowry for her wife and start a family last year. He sends a "Thank you" message to his lenders for their support.
