Mirsada Kapetanovic received a loan from the microcredit foundation 'Women for Women International' at the end of 2011 and has made half a dozen on time repayments - so far without any difficulties. Although a pensioner she still works and is primarily a tailor but also makes jewellery and other hand made clothes and decorations. This is his first loan with the foundation. She invested the funds in buying materials for her work, primarily cloth, but also a new processing machine. She found life difficult after the Bosnian War but her business has provided her with extra income in addition to a meagre pension, motivation and she is now a very positive person. She participated in an exhibition entitled 'The days of Women's entrepreneurship' recently and was delighted to receive the public recognition. Mirsada would like to participate more often in such events to showcase her work.
