Ama is seamstress. She is 44 years and lives in the district of Agbalepedo in Lome. Ama is married to a shoemaker and they have together five children aged between seven and twenty six years old.The youngest two children still go to school. Ama has a workshop called “COUTURE HOSANNA” located near the high school of the district. Sometimes she makes clothes with the fabric customers bring in but she also buys fabric and makes clothes which she puts inthe window of her shop for sale. It is for this purpose that Ama is asking her first loan. This loan will be repaid within 15 installments and will be used to buy a good selection of fabrics.
Ama hopes that she will expand her shop with the help of lenders and be one of the most popular fashion shops of her district.
