Jenny Carrión Medina is 33 years old and single. Doña Carmen has worked since she was quite young, initially part-time selling products from a catalogue and as a receptionist in a place that had various telephone cabin booths. She studied at the same time. However, she felt that her earnings were too irregular so she decided to start her own business with help from her parents. She has her own telephone cabin business and sells mobile phone cards and accessories as well. Customers use the cabins to make all types of calls, including international calls, as it is much cheaper than using their own phones. She is still studying but now in further education. Her ambition is to own her own home some day as she spends a lot of money on renting. She sought a loan in order to buy new mobile phone accessories for her shop.
