Clarisse is a woman of 45 years of age. She is a mother to 6 children who all attend the primary school in the village. For about 20 years, Clarisse has primarily made her living from the sale of porridge. In addition to this, she also sells second-hand clothes. Having no competitors in the immediate area, she has been able to mobilise and maintain a loyal and significant customer base. This is largely thanks to the quality of her porridge, which is much thicker than that of her competitors and is available at any time of the evening. Albertine sources her stocks from the market at Massè. She has stayed loyal in her commitments to the microfinance organisation ACFB and she is now seeking a loan for 300,000 West African francs so that she can expand her stocks of maize, sugar, peanuts and the second-hand clothes she sells – this will enable her to better satisfy her customers. The ensuing profits from this will help with the development of the business and will enable Albertine to save so that she can provide her children with a better education.

Clarisse est une femme âgée de 45 ans. Elle est mère de 06 enfants qui sont tous inscrits à l’école primaire du village. Dame AHOLOU exerce depuis environ une vingtaine d’année comme activité principale la vente de la bouillie. A cela, elle ajoute son commerce de friperie. N’ayant pas de concurrente dans sa zone, elle arrive à mobiliser et à fidéliser une importante taille de clientèle grâce à la qualité de sa bouillie beaucoup plus épaisse que celle de ses concurrentes, surtout disponible à tout moment même parfois le soir. Dame AHOLOU s’approvisionne sur le marché de Massè. Fidèle à ses engagements au niveau de l’ACFB, elle sollicite un prêt de 300.000FCFA, qui lui permettra renouveler son stock de produits tels que le maïs, le sucre les arachides et la fripperie afin de mieux satisfaire sa clientèle. Le profit dégagé l’aiderait à agrandir son commerce et surtout à épargner pour assurer une meilleure éduction à ses enfants.
