Loan description:

Madina, 28, is a married mother with 4 children, of which 3 attend the primary school in the village and one is still a young infant. As her chief means of making a living, Madina has been producing palm oil for 2 years now. However, in addition to this she also launched a business selling clothes for children and shoes for both adults and children. Her produce is then delivered to a specific and loyal customer base. Madina sources her stock of palm nuts from the fields in the surrounding area of Adja-Ouèrè, while her clothes and shoes she sources from the international market of Dantokpa in Cotonou and the market of Ouando in Porto-Novo. Having always honoured her commitments towards the microfinance institution ACFB, she is now requesting a loan for 450,000 West African francs to enable her to expand her merchandise stocks and respond to the demand from her clients. The ensuing benefits from this are that Madina will be able to help her husband with household costs and also save for the acquisition of her own plot of land.

Dame SALAOU a pour activité principale la production d’huile de palme depuis environ 02ans. En plus de cette activité, elle mène une activité de vente des habits prêt à porter des enfants, des chaussures pour adultes et enfants. Sa production est livrée à des clients déjà ciblés et fidèles. Dame SALAOU s’approvisionne en noix de palme dans les champs des villages d’Adja-Ouèrè et environ puis en habits et chaussures sur le marché international de Cotonou ‘’Dantokpa ‘’ et sur celui de Porto-Novo ‘’Ouando’’. Ayant toujours honorée ses engagements vis-à-vis de l’institution, elle demande à présent un prêt de 450.000 FCFA qui lui permettrait de s’approvisionner en marchandise pour répondre aux exigences de ses clients. Le bénéfice qui en découlerait assistera son mari pour les charges du foyer, mais aussi à économiser pour l’acquisition d’une parcelle.
