Loan description:

Luz América Soto is nineteen years old and a fishmonger, She has a two year old daughter with her partner. She sells fresh fish and other seafood in the public market of the town of Catamayo. She lives with her family in the headquarters of a local bus company who provide them with lodgings in return for looking after the premises at night. She leaves her daughter in a local nursery when she is at work. While she attends the market stall her partner sells the same products as an itinerant trader around town. She started taking loans from Fundacion FACES because it was cheaper than moneylenders. She uses the loans as working capital. Wholesalers tend not to leave any products with her unless she has paid cash in full. Luz dreams of having her own house one day. She has sought a six month loan to use as working capital as and when necessary.
