Loan description:
Rita is a young woman of 32 years of age. She is married to a retailer and a mother to a young child who is not yet in school. They live together in the neighbourhood of Nyekonakpoe in Atakpamé. Previously a retailer in cereals and yams, in 1996 Rita launched her own business trading fabrics and traditional dresses; a business that she runs with a great deal of tenacity. Today, she has acquired a customer base that stays loyal to her. It is chiefly made up of young women and girls who appreciate the value of traditional dresses. She purchases her fabrics and dresses from Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso, a country that borders with Togo, and then resells them from Nyékonakpoe, her residential neighbourhood. One year ago Rita requested her first loan for 400,000 West African francs, repayable in twelve instalments. Having repaid this initial loan, she is now seeking a new loan for 500,000 West African francs, also repayable in twelve instalments. This one will enable Rita to expand her stock and thus her profits by purchasing an additional batch of fabrics. With regards to the future, Rita would like to ensure the prosperity of her business and thus the wellbeing of her family.

Rita est une femme âgée de 32 ans. Elle est mariée à un revendeur et mère d’un (01) enfant de bas âge qui n’est pas encore scolarisé. Ensemble, ils habitent le quartier de Nyekonakpoe à Atakpamé.
Revendeuse de céréales et d’ignames auparavant, Rita s’est lancée dans le commerce de pagnes et de tenues traditionnelles depuis 1996 , activité qu’elle mène avec beaucoup de ténacité. Aujourd’hui, elle a conquis une clientèle qui lui est demeurée fidèle. Il s’agit essentiellement des jeunes filles et femmes qui apprécient la valeur des tenues traditionnelles.
Elle achète ses pagnes et tenues traditionnelles à Ouagadougou (Burkina-Faso) pays frontalier où ils sont fabriqués puis les revend à Nyékonakpoe , son quartier de résidence.
Rita a requis son premier crédit de 400.000FCFA remboursable en douze (12) mensualités il y a de cela 1 an. Après le remboursement intégral de ce premier prêt, Rita sollicite ce nouveau crédit de 500 000FCFA remboursable en 12 mensualités également. Celui-ci sera destiné à l’importation d’un autre lot de pagnes afin d’agrandir son stock et accroître son gain.
